RADIATION EXPOSURE COMPENSATION ACT (RECA)

From 1945 to 1962, the U.S. Government conducted hundreds of atmospheric nuclear weapons tests in Nevada and New Mexico and on islands in the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. Many people who worked on or lived near designated test areas or were employed in the mining, processing, and transport of uranium ore have experienced health problems as a result of their exposure to radiation.

Were you or your loved ones exposed to radiation during these atmospheric nuclear weapons tests or during employment in the uranium mining industry?

Answering these two questions will help determine if you or your loved ones are eligible for compensation as a result of radiation exposure that occurred during above-ground nuclear weapons tests or as a result of exposure to radiation during employment as a uranium miner.

  1. Are you or a loved one suffering from cancer or leukemia?
  2. Did you or your loved one live in Nevada, Utah or Arizona during the 1950's and/or 1962?

If you answered "yes" to both questions or believe that you or a deceased relative may be eligible for compensation enter your email address and we will contact you to prequalify you FREE of charge. Call the Law Offices of Laura J. Taylor at 1-928-776-2457 for a free consultation.
